All EVA HOME WORLD products are handcrafted and made to order.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

We do not accept refunds for reasons such as personal preference, scent perception, or misuse of the product.
